Terms & Conditions

1. All items are guaranteed authentic, unless otherwise stated in the item description (e.g. replica).  

2. All purchases come with a 7 day inspection policy. If item is not returned in 7 days of receipt (the date indicated as delivered by the USPS) it is considered sold. If you are not completely satisfied, any item may be returned within the inspection period for a full refund or credit minus a handling fee of 10% will be charged.  The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please call 808-679-7038  or email us before returning any item.  

3. Items have been described to the best of our ability.  Be sure to review all images and don't hesitate to contact us with questions before you make your purchase.  

4. Payments must be made in U.S. funds by money order, cashiers check, personal check or credit card. Personal checks will have to clear before any item may be shipped. There will be a $25.00 charge for all returned checks.

5. A shipping and handling charge will be added to all orders.  In most instances, shipping charges are a flat $5.00.  Some items, however, have higher charges, which are specified in the item description.  Items marked as free shipping, indeed include free shipping as described in the item description.

6. All items are shipped uninsured unless otherwise specified and it is the buyers responsibility to settle any claims with the carrier.  If you wish for your package to be insured, please contact us at the time of purchase with a comment in the comment box during checkout.  You will receive a second bill for the additional (actual) charge.

7. Sales outside of the US will have proper customs declaration. The value indicated is the price paid.
